3. Location Information

If you grant location permission, Curelee may use your device location to support location-based features such as finding nearby doctors or clinics. You can manage location permission through your device settings. If location is not required for a feature, the app should not request it solely for unrelated purposes.

4. Healthcare and Sensitive Information

Healthcare information can be sensitive. Curelee is designed to use such information to provide healthcare-management features. Access to patient information should be limited to the user and authorized healthcare personnel according to the app's account relationships, permissions and functionality.

5. Sharing of Information

Curelee does not sell personal information. Information may be made available to doctors, clinics or reception staff when this is necessary to provide a feature you use or when you intentionally connect with them. Information may also be processed by service providers that help operate the app, subject to appropriate contractual or security measures, and when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the service.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by the type of information and the feature involved.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update or request deletion of certain personal information. You can also manage permissions such as location through your device settings. To request help with your information, use the contact details provided below.

Curelee may use third-party infrastructure, authentication, analytics, hosting, communication or other service providers. Where applicable, those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. The specific services used by the production app should be reflected in the final Google Play Data Safety declaration.
